Meet Alex
For over 15 years, Alex has made brands better. Better has meant growing faster, creating greater cultural meaning, building deeper audience connections, leading digital innovation, and driving measurable business impact.
Alex brings the creative vision to see what a brand, team, or content system could be, and the operational instinct and technology background to actually build it. She has built brands from scratch and revitalized legacy ones. She has built and led brand, content, and creative teams that produce iconic, award-winning work, and she has built the workflows, tools, and technology infrastructure that make those teams run without burning out. Alex doesn’t have to choose between left brain and right. She is equally both. And she has a rare ability to connect the dots across teams, data, conversations, and channels that others miss, which is how brands go from good to iconic and trustworthy.”
Her work spans brand strategy, positioning, and messaging frameworks; editorial voice and thought leadership; design systems and visual storytelling; B2C/B2B content strategy and production including SEO and AEO; sales and partner enablement; executive communications; campaign strategy and creative briefs; budgets and metrics; CMS and DAMs; and AI and LLM integration into content and production workflows. She understands not just what content should say, but how it gets made, who makes it, what tools support it, and how to measure whether it is working.
Alex has been deeply comfortable in technology since the earliest days of the social and commercial web, building and testing platforms at Twitter, Flickr, Disney, and eHow before most brands knew what to do with them. She pulls her own data, works with insights teams to pressure-test strategy, and brings a sharp creative eye and genuine enthusiasm to everything she touches. People tend to say the work gets better and the energy gets higher when she is in the room.
She has led director-level organizations at Airbnb, Hulu, and Edmunds, and has done the hands-on strategic and executional work directly as an embedded IC and consultant at LinkedIn, Disney, Medium, Apeel, M&C Saatchi, and others. She brings the same curiosity, craft, and collaborative spirit to a team whether she is leading it or supporting it.
